Travel by Shared-ride Service

The Customer Client (“Passenger”) referenced on page 1 of the contract Agreement is the only approved recipient for services of this booking receipt.  The representative signing on behalf of Client, acknowledges that they have been advised of, reviewed, and hereby accept these terms and conditions and contract for travel related to aforementioned Passenger.


Client and Passenger agree that Communiride may make contact via telephone or text messages (including by an automatic telephone dialing system) at any of the phone numbers provided by Passenger or on Passenger’s behalf.  Passenger understands that consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any property, goods or services.


NETWORK ACCESS AND DEVICES:  Passenger is responsible for obtaining the data network access necessary to use the Services. Passenger’s mobile network's data and messaging rates and fees may apply if Passenger accesses or uses the Services from his device. Passenger is responsible for acquiring and updating compatible hardware or devices necessary to access and use the Services and Applications and any updates thereto. Communiride does not guarantee that the Services, or any portion thereof, will function on any particular hardware or devices. In addition, the Services may be subject to malfunctions and delays inherent in the use of the Internet and electronic communications.

Travel by Air

The Customer Client (“Passenger”) referenced on page 1 of the contract Agreement is the only approved recipient for services of this booking receipt.  The representative signing on behalf of the Client, acknowledges that it has been advised of, reviewed, and hereby accept these terms and conditions and contract for travel related to aforementioned Passenger. 


Client and Passenger agree that Communiride may make contact via telephone or text messages (including by an automatic telephone dialing system) at any of the phone numbers provided by Passenger or on Passenger’s behalf.  Passenger understands that consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any property, goods or services.


BOOKING ACCURACY/LEGAL NAMES:  Passenger and Client are required to immediately review and verify all aspects of the booking including but not limited to: Passenger’s legal first and last name, mailing address, telephone number, date of birth, and arrival/departure airports. Please notify Communiride immediately if any omissions and/or corrections are needed regarding the booking details. Passenger voluntarily assumes full and sole responsibility for any and all risks and/or costs involved with failure to report such errors and/or omissions. It is mandatory that Passenger’s name provided to Communiride be identical to the Passenger’s legal name as it appears in the Passenger’s government issued ID.


TRAVEL DOCUMENTS:  Passenger assumes sole responsibility for, and hereby releases Communiride from any claims or responsibility for any and all damages incurred as a result of Passenger’s failure to comply with applicable documentation requirements, including but not limited the requirement that all Passengers procure, and have on their person the proper travel documents at all times. Please note, effective January 23, 2007 a valid passport will be the only acceptable document for travel to Mexico.

PRICING: Prices and availability quoted by Communiride are not guaranteed until the contract is fully executed. Pricing and availability may change without notice. Passenger and Client agree that Communiride is not responsible for any errors or omissions in any quotes, in inventory, content, or pricing discrepancies nor is Communiride responsible for any errors or omissions that may occur as a result of incorrect information from third parties. Passenger acknowledges this right and agrees to hold Communiride harmless for any actions or damages arising from third-party errors and omissions.


Communiride reserves the right to collect from any Passenger or Client all added taxes, fees or surcharges (i.e. fuel). Passenger and Client acknowledge this right and agree to pay any such additional taxes, fees, and surcharges.



a. General Conditions Governing Air Transport

Most airline tickets are highly restrictive, non-refundable, and non-transferable. Modification of Passenger dates, times, routings, or departure/arrival airports are at the sole discretion of the airline and, may be subject to a substantial change fee.  Client is responsible for any such fees. 


With regard to the purchase of air tickets, Communiride acts simply as an intermediary between Passenger and the airline.  Once this contract is fully executed, Client is financially responsible for all costs and fees regardless of whether or not the reservation is used. Trip Protection is purchased with every ticket secured.  Client has 12 hours (from the time of booking) to notify Communiride of an intended cancellation.  Communication must be emailed to support@communiride.com to be valid.  After that period, client is fully responsible for the purchase of the booked ticket.  Trip Protection is purchased for and included with every airline ticket purchase.  Cancellations made after 12 hours are subject to a penalty fee, based on the Airline used.  The remaining balance of the ticket, minus the Airline penalty fee, can be used within 364 days of the time of the initial booking, for case related travel.  Passenger must be represented by Client at the time of the rescheduled travel.  Credit will not be given for any unused airline tickets and cannot be used toward any future travel, for airline tickets not used within 364 days.


All tickets will be issued for economy class unless otherwise specified.  All travel will be round-trip.  Seat assignments are subject to the airlines policies and may not be able to be made until Passenger is at the airport on the day of departure.  Passengers nor Clients are eligible to earn frequent flyer miles for airline tickets booked through Communiride.  Communiride will confirm all bookings with the airline prior to the stated date of departure (Communiride will send a text to the Passenger 72 hours prior to departure, when possible).  Direct flights may be “non-stop” or may involve one or more stop-overs (in the latter case this means the same flight by the airline, because the flight number remains the same).  The same applies to connecting flights that may be subject to crew changes.  When a scheduled or charter flight involving a stop-over in a town, and the second flight takes off from a different airport to the airport of arrival, Passenger shall ensure that he has sufficient time for reaching the second airport.  Change of airport, if required, is included in the service fees.  Communiride will not be liable if Passenger misses the second flight.  Please call Communiride if flight is missed and Communiride will schedule another flight and shared-ride travel at Passenger’s expense.  Accommodations, such as a hotel room, must be made with Client.


While no standard industry-wide policy exists for passengers of size, the majority of Airlines advise that passengers who cannot be comfortably accommodated by a seat width of 17 inches with the arm rests in the down position, spilling into another passenger’s space or encroaching onto another passenger, purchase a second (or third) seat at the current price.  If this scenario arises, please contact Communiride via 800-772-6489 (requests made via email will not be honored) to purchase an additional seat(s).  Refunds are not available for this purchase(s), however, due to the nature of the scenario, the purchase price of the additional ticket(s) can be used on future flights within 364 days from the date of booking.  The original flight must have had unoccupied available seats at the time of the flight to be considered valid in this scenario.  No reissue fee will be assessed when booking future travel with the additional ticket(s) purchased.     


Communiride’s responsibilities with respect to air travel are limited by the relevant airline’s conditions of carriage.  The airline fulfilling the contract for carriage may change at any time.  Communiride is not able to specify the type of aircraft to be used by any airline.  If an airline cancels or delays a flight, Passenger must work directly with the airline to ensure he arrives at destination on or ahead of time. Communiride will not provide any refund for flights missed, in part or full.


b. Prohibited Practices

Passenger agrees that he will not deviate from the booking by making any unscheduled stopovers.  Tickets may not be purchased and used for travel from an initial departure point on the ticket which is before the actual point of origin of travel, or to a more distant point(s) than the actual destination, even when the purchase and use of such tickets would produce a lower fare. This practice is known as “Hidden City Ticketing” or “Point Beyond Ticketing” and is prohibited.  The purchase and use of round-trip tickets for the purpose of one-way travel only, known as “Throwaway Ticketing” is prohibited. The use of two or more different tickets issued at round trip fares for the purpose of circumventing applicable rules (such as advance purchase/minimum stay requirements) commonly referred to as “Back-to-Back Ticketing” is prohibited.  When a ticket is purchased and used in violation of these rules, Communiride and the applicable air carrier have the right in their sole discretion to take all actions permitted by law, including but not limited to, the following:


1) Invalidate the ticket(s);

2) Cancel any remaining portion of the itinerary;

3) Confiscate any unused flight coupons;

4) Refuse to board Passenger and to carry his baggage;

5) Assess Passenger for the actual value of the Ticket which shall be the difference between the lowest fare applicable to the actual itinerary and the fare actually paid;

6) Take legal action against Passenger.


c. Loss of air tickets

Passenger agrees to safeguard his tickets and bear any and all costs related to loss of theft.  If Passenger loses his air ticket or if the ticket is stolen, Communiride advises that Passenger immediately report it to the police and to the airline.


d. Luggage

Each airline has its own policy regarding luggage.  Communiride recommends that the Passenger checks with the airline ahead of time for any weight restrictions and additional charges relating to checked baggage. Passenger will be responsible for paying to the airline any additional charges for checked or overweight baggage, including, but not limited to, golf bags and oversized luggage.  If Passenger exceeds the weight limit set by the airline, and excess weight is permitted, Passenger must contact Communiride via 800-772-6489 (notifications via email will not be honored) to request that a supplement be paid directly to the airline at the airport.


The airline is liable to the Passenger for the baggage entrusted to it only for the compensation contemplated in the international conventions and relevant statutes.  In the event of damage, late forwarding, theft or loss of luggage, Passenger should contact the airline and declare the damage, absence or loss of personal effects before leaving the airport, and then submit a declaration, attaching the originals of the following documents: the travel ticket, the baggage check-in slip, and the declaration.  Communiride strongly recommends that Passenger obtain an insurance policy covering the value of personal items.  Communiride is unable to provide baggage insurance for personal items.


e. Limitation of Liability for Air Transport




The following accommodations apply:


1. Pregnant women

Communiride advises pregnant women to consult their doctors before executing this contract, in order to confirm that it is appropriate for them fly.  Passenger agrees that Communiride will not be liable for any damages arising from inability to travel by air or shared-ride service due to pregnancy or related illness and no compensation will be payable under such circumstances.


2. Travelers with special needs or disabilities

If Passenger has special needs or a disability please alert Communiride at the time of scheduling and verify that special needs can be met.


CANCELLATION POLICIES: All cancellations or no-shows are subject to penalties imposed by Communiride. If Passenger requires a copy of these terms, please contact Communiride. All cancellations MUST be in writing and sent to Communiride by email to support@communiride.com within 12 hours of booking. 


LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:  Without limitation, Passenger and Client assume the risk of, and agree that Communiride is not liable for any damages arising from or related to any act of God or public enemies, arrest, restraints of any government or rulers of people, piracy, war, revolution, extortion, terrorist activity, threatened or actual rebellion, political upheaval, civil unrest, riots, fire, lockouts, explosion, collision, weather conditions, dangers incident to the sea, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, diseases, local laws, abnormal conditions or developments, closure of airports/seaports/hotels/train stations, carrier or supplier logistical problems, computer problems stranding, food or water poisoning, illness, grounding, perils of the sea, rivers, canals, locks or other waters, perils of navigation of any kind, theft, accident to or from machinery, boilers, or latent defects even though existing at commencement of the trip, desertion or revolt of crew, or lost/damaged/delayed luggage.


MODIFICATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS:  The Terms and Conditions may be amended or modified by Communiride at any time without notice.  It is therefore essential that Passenger review the Terms and Conditions prior to making each and every booking, particularly in order to ensure what provisions are in operation in case they have changed since the last time travel arrangements were requested.


All references herein to a single Passenger includes the plural, and the masculine includes the feminine and neuter.



Pharmacy Delivery

Pharmacy Home Delivery Information

Pharmacy home delivery service is contracted through Communiride, LLC, and is currently available within the Memphis Metropolitan tri-state region. Some exclusions apply, including deliveries  for perishable, age-restricted, and other sensitive products.  Consult a team member at your pharmacy to determine if your prescription order is eligible. Any required delivery fee and payment will be invoiced through your pharmacy.  No payment will be required at the time of delivery. Delivery fees are non-refundable unless a delivery is cancelled by Communiride or fails to arrive during the delivery window you selected. Delivery methods and rates are subject to change.


Delivery couriers are contracted through Communiride, LLC. Deliveries that contain a prescription must be signed for by you or another adult (18 years of age or older) member of your household that you authorize. Deliveries must be entirely accepted or rejected; no partial order acceptances are allowed.

Estimated Home Delivery Times

·       Deliveries may be as late as 7:30 pm.  When scheduling your delivery with your pharmacy, be sure to make arrangements for the day that works best for you.  At this time, Communiride is unable to provide an exact time of delivery. A 4 hour window of time will be provided upon delivery scheduling.

·        All deliveries are subject to medication availability and legal requirements applicable to the delivery of prescription drug products.

·        Your Pharmacist will contact you if there will be any delay in processing. There may be a delay in processing/shipping if your Pharmacist needs to verify the prescription with your health care provider. Processing times may also vary due to availability of prescription items.

Polices and Exceptions

Some items require special shipping and handling, which may restrict an item’s eligibility for home delivery. The most common exception is described below, although other policy restrictions may apply.

·        New Prescriptions: If your healthcare provider does not call your prescription into your pharmacy directly or if there are problems with the prescription, your pharmacy will be required to verify orders prior to filling them. Depending on the verification time, delivery may require additional time.
